Warranty

WARRANTY

**ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY**
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

What is covered?
DAB LAB TECHONOLGIES, INC. warrants the TNAIL PID CONTROLLER to be free from defects in operational software/hardware for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Original purchaser only, warranty is not transferable.

What is not covered?
Accessories, including glass, quartz and silicone products, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects such as paint, decals or wear items. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. This warranty is void if (a) the TNAIL is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or water exposure, (b) there has been any unauthorized alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product, or (c) you do not have the original receipt of purchase.

What will we do?
DAB LAB TECHONOLGIES, INC. will repair or replace defective units, at our option. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original warranty, or sixty (60) days, whichever is longer.

How do I get warranty service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST email TNAIL.INFO@GMAIL.COM with the serial number (located on the boot-up screen of the device right below the TNAIL logo), a copy of the original receipt and your name, phone number, and email address. If you require warranty service email us at TNAIL.INFO@GMAIL.COM to process the return.

NOTE: Opening the plastic case other than to put the battery in will result in voiding the warranty. Do not attempt to open the case with the screws. This will void the warranty.
